Pay: Up to 20,000 AED per month

Role Overview

The Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist will deliver specialist assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. Working within a premium clinical environment

The role requires advanced clinical reasoning, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to provide patient‑centred care in line with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pelvic health assessments, including subjective evaluation, internal and external pelvic floor examination (as permitted by DHA scope), and functional assessment.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Deliver interventions including pelvic floor muscle training, manual therapy, biofeedback, behavioural strategies, and exercise prescription.
• Provide patient education on lifestyle, posture, bladder/bowel habits, and long‑term self‑management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with DHA and facility policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, gynaecologists, urologists, midwives, and other allied health professionals.

Professional Standards & Compliance

• Practice in accordance with DHA regulations, clinical governance frameworks, and ethical standards.
• Ensure safe handling of sensitive patient information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of international pelvic health guidelines and best practice.
