Job Type: 14 Month Contract
Summary
- Run start to finish monthly in-house payrolls for Revantage Real Estate (RRE), Chiswick Park Estate Management (CPEM), Bluecurrent (BC)
- Prepare and post monthly Salary/Bank Journals for RRE
- Prepare monthly CPEM Payroll GL for CPEM finance
- Administer the pension portal – process starters / leavers and upload pensions contributions monthly for RRE/CPEM/BC
- Reconcile monthly pension queries from pension provider for RRE/CPEM/BC
- Prepare and post month end journals.
- Calculate and prepare all P11ds for RRE/CPEM/BC at year-end – submit and ensure payment is made to HMRC
- Calculate PSA Paye Settlement agreement for RRE/ CPEM/ BC at year-end – submit and ensure payment is made to HMRC
- Ensure P60’s have been issued at year-end
- Update RRE/CPEM monthly payroll overview
- Calculate and process quarterly invoices for off site teams for all payroll costs
- Complete monthly real-time (RTI) information with HMRC / update monthly tax codes and all other orders
- Investigate all discrepancies and resolve issues related to payroll processing
- Calculate statutory payments > SMP/SSP/SPP
- Calculate Maternity Alabaster annually
- Validate new stater passports / bank details
- Create and prepare Payrite reports for Senior Mgt Team
- Administer company benefits
- Prepare and send Addendum of contract changes for salary sacrifice vehicles.
- Administer pension contribution changes
- Processing monthly BUPA cost splits
- Process Childcare voucher benefit
Essentials
- CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) > MCIPP recognised Full membership
- Strong working knowledge of Payrite payroll software.
- Proven in-house payroll experience (not outsourced).
- Understanding of salary sacrifice schemes and benefits administration.
- Experience with P11Ds and year-end payroll processes.
- Confident working independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders
