About this role
- We are looking for a Specialist Nurse within the Milton Keynes area , who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient‑centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions.
- This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision‑making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care.
- It’s ideal for nurses who are passionate about community-based care, value continuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical responsibility with meaningful patient relationships
Key Skills
- An RGN registered with the NMC.
- Post‑registration experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience administering sub‑cutaneous injections and IV therapies, including care of IV devices.
- Confident in supervising others and working autonomously in the community.
- Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service environment
